Boson Software announces the release of Version 5.27 with several new practice tests.

Tampa, FL February 16, 2004--Boson Software, Inc, announces the release of Version 5.27 and several new practice tests. Boson’s Cisco product line now includes more practice tests for the Cisco CCNA 640-801, CSIDS 643-531, EVODD 9E0-412, and CCIE Voice 350-030 certifications. All of the tests included in version 5.27 can be purchased at http://www.boson.com for $39.95, except for Boson’s Cisco CCNA 640-801. The 640-801 can be purchased for $59.95.

The Cisco CSIDS 643-531 certification is part of the Cisco CCSP track and is also one of the Cisco Qualified Specialist certifications. The exam consists of 55-65 questions that test a candidate’s skills to design, install, and configure a Cisco Intrusion Protection solution. The exam topics for this certification exam include the various intrusion detection technologies, the Cisco IDS sensor platforms, and specific maintenance operations. All passing candidates must register for their first lab exam within 18 months of passing the CSIDS 643-531 certification exam. Also included in version 5.27 is a new practice test for the CCIE Voice 350-030 exam. Some of the objectives covered by this test include Campus Design, QoS, SMDI, Security, Echo Theory, Fault Diagnosis, and Unified Messaging. The actual certification exam contains roughly 18 main topics that are all covered in detail within the Boson practice test.
